You will serve as the on-site HR leader, supporting both production goals and employee engagement while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead recruiting for hourly and technical manufacturing roles
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and staffing strategies
  • Drive employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations
  • Manage performance, compensation, and HR processes
  • Analyze HR metrics to support business decisions

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and technical roles
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and staffing
  • Improve retention and reduce turnover
  • Manage employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and OSHA regulations
  • Oversee workers’ compensation and unemployment claims
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Manage performance, compensation, and benefits processes
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Analyze HR metrics to support business decisions
  • Support organizational development initiatives

  • 2–3+ years in manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Experience supporting hourly, high-volume workforce
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
