Dispatcher / Operations Coordinator
If you enjoy coordinating moving parts, solving problems in real-time, and being the central point of communication, this Dispatcher role offers an opportunity to play a critical role in daily operations.
You will work closely with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure loads are scheduled, tracked, and completed efficiently.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate and dispatch drivers and loads based on customer needs
Track and manage load data, tickets, and scheduling updates
Communicate with customers to ensure timely service
Resolve scheduling conflicts and operational issues
Maintain accurate records and prepare daily reports
Support operations with logistics coordination and planning

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience in dispatch, logistics, or operations support
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
