Vendor Management Analyst

• Route vendor exceptions for approval

• Collaborate with Procurement, AP, Site Teams

• Review and update vendor information

• Maintain vendor master data in SAP and vendor platform

• Develop functional scorecards and vendor KPIs

• Provide feedback and improve vendor creation policies

• Standardize vendor master processes

• Assist vendors through onboarding

• Ensure accurate vendor data and resolve inconsistencies

• Strong verbal and written communication

• Data analysis and validation skills

• Ability to resolve missing or inconsistent information

• 2+ years master data management experience

• 3+ years vendor management or procurement/supply chain

• Excellent communication skills

• SAP experience preferred

• Ability to analyze/validate vendor data
