What You’ll Do:
Successfully assist callers with general service questions to deliver on the client’s brand reputation in a prompt manner.
Recommend additional products to meet customer needs
Maintain accurate account documentation
Deliver an exceptional experience with every call
What You Bring:
2+ years of customer service experience
6+ months of sales experience (phone or face-to-face)
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Houston residency (remote local position)
What You’ll Get:
$16–$17/hr + commission
Monday–Friday schedule, 7 AM–6 PM
Four weeks of paid training
