Are you detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills? We’re seeking a Credit & Collections Analyst to help manage receivables, assess credit risk, and support customer accounts.

What You’ll Do:

  • Review customer creditworthiness & extend credit appropriately

  • Manage collections and resolve outstanding accounts

  • Analyze individual and portfolio credit risks

  • Communicate policy exceptions to leadership

  • Investigate and respond to customer/PUC inquiries

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s in Business or related field preferred

  • 6 months–2 years credit/collections experience

  • Strong MS Office and analytical skills

  • Clear communication skills; bilingual is a plus

  • Ability to stay composed in high-pressure situations
