What You’ll Do:
Review customer creditworthiness & extend credit appropriately
Manage collections and resolve outstanding accounts
Analyze individual and portfolio credit risks
Communicate policy exceptions to leadership
Investigate and respond to customer/PUC inquiries
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s in Business or related field preferred
6 months–2 years credit/collections experience
Strong MS Office and analytical skills
Clear communication skills; bilingual is a plus
Ability to stay composed in high-pressure situations
