We’re seeking a Senior Agriproducts Execution Manager who knows the rivers, ports, and vessels that move our nation’s agricultural products to global markets. Based in the Portland area, this role puts you at the center of U.S. export operations — with a focus on the Columbia and/or Mississippi River systems.

You’ll partner with our trading and operations teams, work closely with port authorities, manage vessel schedules, and ensure smooth execution from contract to final delivery. : Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Agriculture, or related field preferred Additional training or certification in maritime logistics or commodity trading is a plus
: 7+ years in agricultural commodity execution, port logistics, or maritime shipping Direct experience coordinating vessel loadings at U.S. river or coastal ports

  • Oversee execution of export contracts for grain and agricultural commodities

  • Manage vessel nominations, scheduling, and load coordination with terminals and inspectors

  • Coordinate with internal trading teams and external customers to ensure on-time execution

  • Monitor supply chain bottlenecks and proactively resolve operational issues

  • Ensure compliance with trade, export, and maritime regulations

  • Maintain accurate records for operational, financial, and compliance purposes

  • Build relationships with carriers, ports, and inspection agencies

  • Drive process improvements in execution workflows

  • Bulk grain and agriproduct logistics execution

  • Port operations coordination (Columbia/Mississippi River systems)

  • Ocean vessel scheduling & contract execution

  • Supply chain risk management

  • Compliance with USDA, FGIS, and maritime regulations

  • Negotiation with carriers, shippers, and customers

  • Documentation accuracy (bills of lading, export docs)

  • ERP/logistics systems proficiency

  • Proven experience in grain/agri commodity logistics execution

  • Strong knowledge of Columbia and/or Mississippi River shipping operations

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and shipments simultaneously

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with logistics/ERP systems
