As a Senior Litigation Paralegal, you’ll support some of the best trial lawyers in the nation and manage complex personal injury cases from intake to verdict. You'll play a pivotal role in preparing for trials, mediations, and arbitrations across multiple jurisdictions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Draft and manage discovery, motions, and trial prep

  • Work closely with attorneys from pre-suit through verdict

  • Liaise with medical providers and coordinate LOPs

  • Maintain legal accuracy and document integrity

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years in plaintiff personal injury litigation

  • Real courtroom trial support experience

  • Advanced knowledge of Texas & federal court procedures

  • Flexibility for evenings/weekends/travel as needed

: Paralegal certification or equivalent experience preferred Formal legal training a plus
: Extensive litigation experience in plaintiff personal injury Experience with all phases of case development and trial prep Familiarity with cases in multiple jurisdictions

  • Support attorneys in all litigation phases (state & federal)

  • Prepare legal documents and discovery

  • Coordinate hearings, mediations, and trial support

  • Organize case files, depositions, and client correspondence

  • Communicate with third parties (medical providers, courts)

  • Case management from intake to trial

  • Deposition/trial preparation

  • Communication with medical providers/lienholders

  • Formatting/proofreading legal documents

  • Strong interpersonal collaboration

  • Attention to detail and time management

  • 7+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation

  • Courtroom trial experience

  • Knowledge of court rules (TX and federal)

  • Availability for overtime, evenings, weekends, and travel
