Business Account Representative – Bilingual Preferred

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat

• Resolve account and billing inquiries

• Promote and explain services and products

• Provide patient, professional, and proactive support

• Collaborate across departments to ensure customer satisfaction

What You’ll Bring:

• Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills preferred

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools

• Experience in the retail electricity industry (1+ years)

• A calm, customer-first approach

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and complaints

• Resolve billing issues and negotiate payment options

• Promote products and services to commercial customers

• Conduct outbound calls as needed

• Identify process/system enhancements for efficiency

• Utilize CRM systems and phone software

• Defuse escalated customer interactions professionally

• Bilingual in Spanish/English (highly preferred)

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• PC and phone system proficiency

• Ability to multitask (type and talk simultaneously)

• Microsoft Office proficiency

• Basic math and analytical skills

• Ability to work on a computer and phone system

• Calm, patient demeanor in stressful situations

• Availability for overtime and 8–5:30 shifts (M–F)

• Must meet physical and hearing requirements for call handling
