Business Account Representative – Bilingual Preferred

In this vital role, you’ll be the first point of contact for business customers, helping to resolve issues, process orders, and promote service offerings. What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve account and billing inquiries

  • Promote and explain services and products

  • Provide patient, professional, and proactive support

  • Collaborate across departments to ensure customer satisfaction

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills preferred

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools

  • Experience in the retail electricity industry (1+ years)

  • A calm, customer-first approach

: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent skills required
