: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field Equivalent experience may be considered
: 4+ years in Supply Chain, Ops, or Engineering Proven track record in complex retail environments Experience with large-scale process/system transitions

  • Align system capabilities with supply chain process needs

  • Collaborate with IT, Engineering, and Ops for requirement gathering

  • Maintain product roadmap and support system implementations

  • Lead SOP deployment and vendor collaboration

  • Ensure accurate data and scalable process integration

  • Distribution & Transportation systems (Manhattan, Oracle)

  • Change management & process optimization

  • Cross-functional team leadership

  • Critical thinking & problem solving

  • Communication (technical and non-technical)

  • Functional knowledge of Manhattan Active WM & Oracle TMS

  • Experience in master data and system adoption strategies

  • Flexibility for travel and after-hours availability
