Join a fast-growing team driving the clean energy economy! We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support solar system customers through outstanding service across multiple channels—phone, email, chat, and video.

What You’ll Do:

  • Resolve issues efficiently with a focus on first-call resolution.

  • Assist customers with solar contract questions and account updates.

  • Navigate CRMs like Zendesk and ServiceNow to document and manage cases.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to support billing, collections, and escalations.

What You Bring:

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience (call center preferred)

  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask

  • High attention to detail and documentation accuracy

  • Typing speed of 30+ WPM, CRM and Microsoft Office skills

Preferred but not required:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)

  • Troubleshoot solar system contract issues

  • Maintain accurate customer records

  • Validate and update customer info

  • Collaborate with billing and collections

  • Understand and refer to solar contracts

  • Ensure compliance with policy/legal standards
