Join a fast-growing team driving the clean energy economy! We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support solar system customers through outstanding service across multiple channels—phone, email, chat, and video.
What You’ll Do:

Resolve issues efficiently with a focus on first-call resolution.

Assist customers with solar contract questions and account updates.

Navigate CRMs like Zendesk and ServiceNow to document and manage cases.

Collaborate with internal departments to support billing, collections, and escalations.
What You Bring:

1–2 years of customer service experience (call center preferred)

Strong communication skills and ability to multitask

High attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Typing speed of 30+ WPM, CRM and Microsoft Office skills
