Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing pixel-perfect, robust, and accessible user interfaces
on the web while maintaining a strong focus on performance.
Responsible for developing customer-facing experiences using the latest coding
best practices.
Responsible for integrating and deploying experiences through CMS or
personalization tools.
Identify, track, and communicate risks for design and technical implementation.

Skills:

Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and Vanilla JavaScript: Demonstrated
proficiency in HTML/CSS/JS for¬¬¬ creating complex, high-quality web
interfaces. JavaScript skills for developing interactive and dynamic web
applications.
Personalization Experience: Demonstrated experience in conducting A/B testing
specifically within e-commerce environments. This includes designing,
implementing, and analyzing tests to improve user experience, conversion rates,
and overall website performance in a retail context.
Cross-Platform Compatibility Skills: Demonstrated ability to ensure consistent
functionality and appearance across various web browsers. This includes
adapting web designs and functionalities for compatibility with different operating
systems, devices, and screen sizes, ensuring a seamless user experience
across all platforms.
